The mindless drones

Why is it in every work place you always have those people that just seem to do enough to get by? Some people just seem to be severely lacking in the work ethic area of their lives. Is the idea of a hard days work just lost to some people? Have these people not been instilled with the value of a hard days work?
Sure, we all have our off days. Even the hardest working people I know, occasionally have a day when they seem less than stellar. What I'm talking about are the people who day in, and day out seem to do little more than take up air, and space. Sometimes I think maybe I'm expecting too much from some people, but damn. These people just do the bare minimum of what's expected of them and anything else slightly above and beyond "Oh, that's not my job". Such a phrase is like nails on a chalk board to me. Yes, there are times when you simply can't do something or help another person out, but there are viable excuses rather than. "Its not my job"

So, although its not my job here are somethings to help some of you out.
