Absynthe was a hallucinogenic drink that poets and artists used a long time ago. It contains Wormwood, careful with this!!! it is poisonous!!! A good drink for Halloween...

This stuff is a load of crap. Absinthe (not Absynthe) cannot be made by mixing stuff with vodka or other alcohols. All these "recipes" will do is ruin some otherwise good liquor. If you want real Absinthe get it from a reputable Absinthe shop. A good place to get started with Absinthe is http://www.feeverte.net/.
Absinthe is amazing and is by far my favorite drink but please get the real thing.
