Reasonable force
Its been brought to my attention by Ken Cook ( check out his blog, its a good read!) that maybe I didn't quite have all the facts right when posting my last post. Although, I can't seem to find anymore news coverage on the incident, so I can't comment on what happened to prompt the incident.
In light of what I do know now though. I must reconsider my thoughts on the matter. Do I think the parents are still sole to blame for the child's behavior? Hell yes. Do I think the officer used excessive force? Yesterday I was thinking no. However, I believe he may have gone a little over the edge. Now, granted, I couldn't tell you what the child did to prompt the officer to use the stun gun. I do think though that an officer should be able to overpower a 12 year old girl in just about any conflict. The only reason I say he "may" have gone overboard is due to not knowing the full story. There are any number of circumstances that could have happened. So, I'll try and remain objective.

With all this Spam it makes you scared to leave a post. I'm trying to put a site together called,Back Pain, and am trying to get different ideas. My site is about back pain diagnosis and similar subjects. I liked some of the ideas on yours. ---Jack---
