Grinding gears
Yeah, I said I was getting back to the grind huh? Well doesn't that just make it sound easy. The short of it is, people I trusted up and left. Leaving me to run the place. Am I bitter? No, I'm happy that they moved on to do what they want to do. Now the people I have are good people, just a matter of getting them on board. Changes are always hard regardless. Needless to say, its going to be interesting from now until the end of the year.
Oh the different ways I could imagine quitting if I were to win the lottery. I felt like a million bucks when I got back from my long vacation a few weeks ago. That feeling has quickly gone away, and I'm back to the same 'wishing the world would end right on top of my workplace' feeling. I will say this though, if not for the people I work with, I would not have been there as long as I have.
